Moving equipment or refinance with Vivint Posted: 23 Mar 2020 10:52 AM PDT We are moving and discovered that Vivint has an option to either keep your equipment and move it to the new location or refinance at a minimum of $500 and start over on the contract. We pay $140 a month and have about 2.5 years left. The house already has Vivint equipment in it and I'm thinking why not take my existing equipment start a new refinance and pay about $60 a month over the next 4 years. Has anyone seen this is it possible to take my old equipment? Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
Electronic deadbolt for outdoor conditions? Posted: 23 Mar 2020 11:31 AM PDT I have a security screen door and would like some sort of hi-tech deadbolt for it. The problem is both sides need to be weather rated as rain can get through the screen. A numeric keypad is a must. Wifi would be a bonus. Everything I have found is only outdoor rated for the key part only. Anybody have something they have used successfully? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 22 Mar 2020 04:15 PM PDT I do know for a fact that its good practice to let your landlord know. But I do have a feeling that if i ask them and they look at me side eye it'd cause my going forward with a lot more tension. Regardless, what are little things you do to harden your apartment door and help you keep an eye out for things up front? [link] [comments] |
