Posted: 06 Mar 2020 07:53 PM PST Hello r/homedefense, Are there any smoke detectors that are wireless interconnected to go off at the same time, without voice? I need 1 hard wired and a couple battery operated. The idea is that I want to integrate them with my Abode system. The reviews of the Nest Protect and the ZCOMBO systems have me concerned, and I wanted to instead aim for the Abode Smoke Alarm Monitor + a non-smart detector. I also assume voice enabled detectors are incompatible with the Monitor? I also want to avoid having to buy 1 monitor for each detector, which is why I'm aiming for interconnected. Thanks!
