We want a doorbell with camera and alarms on doors and windows and all that. Maybe even motion lights outside. We want it to be simple. We don't want to have to hire someone to hook anything up. We also want it to be a low monthly cost. What do you recommend and why? [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 04 Apr 2020 01:57 AM PDT I want my wifi cameras to record a footage on SD cards and occasionally enable wifi network to connect to them to review if one or another event happened. However i do not want to have a wifi signal within my living area 24/7. So wondering - whether wifi camera if not able to connect to a network transmits anything or just keeps looking for a network? I dont want to set it up with adt as i only want to use door chimes and let the gf arm the alarm when shes home alone. I've tried to follow online info but no success thus far. | 2Gig TS-1 secondary panel electrical hum Posted: 03 Apr 2020 06:53 AM PDT I'm in the process of installing a TS-1 secondary panel on my 2Gig system. Had it sitting on my workbench plugged in before I get around to mounting it on the wall. My son noticed it was making a constant whining sound (like an electrical hum). Very noticeable up close. Tried to get a video of it and you can hear it but it's much more noticeable in person. This is going in a bedroom so there is no way I can tolerate the noice all night. Anybody ever run into this?
