- I just installed magnetic contacts and I just wanna know if there’s any way to bypass them, like putting a magnet over one of them?

| Forget Nest and all this DIY, who is the real company to go with? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 02:52 PM PDT I am not happy. I tried to replace my Nest pod as they discontinued the service. Now my account is all messed up. After a few hours of getting passed around by Brinks and Nest. I am just going to pay the 500 to cancel my contract, and sell my sensors on ebay. When will I learn to never go for a contract if its optional.. Now the question is who do I go with? Other than Not brinks. All I can find are reviews about these DIY systems. I am interested in something higher end. Maybe 1-4k budget, no cameras. Ideas? Or is it just that Nest / Ring are both the best, and cheap? [link] [comments] |
